For the past 2+ years, we have been using Citadel Property Services to manage our Kennebunk home (we live in Chicago). Dionna has expertly navigated a number of major renovation projects on the Kennebunk home – including a major addition, a full kitchen remodel, exterior improvements, etc. Dionna served as our eyes and ears throughout the projects, as well as project manager and – when necessary – our “bad cop” to make sure the projects were delivered on time and on budget. There is honestly no way that would have happened without her. Dionna has also been our “first responder” for any property needs – from assessing storm damage to responding to false alarms, etc. No matter what a given situation may be, Dionna always remains calm, practical, and pragmatic. She is also a wealth of advice for all things related to our home – vendors, contractors, even design suggestions! Dionna Leonards began as the person in charge of the cleaning crew for the condo that we purchased in Alantic House and because she is so dedicated and reliable she has become our household manager. She has purchased and arranged for the installation of bars to make our condo safer, overseen any repairs that were needed and assured that any work that the management company did was satisfactory. She is not only honest in her work (when I lost a gold wedding ring under a bed, it was promptly returned to me the next cleaning day) but determined to do her best for her client in every way.
