For the past 2+ years, we have been using Citadel Property Services to manage our Kennebunk home (we live in Chicago). Dionna has expertly navigated a number of major renovation projects on the Kennebunk home – including a major addition, a full kitchen remodel, exterior improvements, etc. Dionna served as our eyes and ears throughout the projects, as well as project manager and – when necessary – our “bad cop” to make sure the projects were delivered on time and on budget. There is honestly no way that would have happened without her.
